This is the Funniest Clip on the Internet

Labeling anything as the pinnacle of all others is next to impossible for me. Finding the funniest video clip on the internet was a challenge I thought I would be up for,  but my mind went blank. The internet is so vast that usually when something makes me laugh, the memory flees quickly to be replaced by the next strange laughter inducing encounter the web serves up. I thought about writing the words 'Cat Videos' one hundred times, but I remembered these weird dubbed over G.I. Joe public service announcements. These videos never seem to fail my enjoyment of the odd and strange. Caution: These clips contain foul language. Yo Joe!
